Stratco Patio and Premium Shed

Having just built themselves a new house and wanting to create the perfect backyard space, a customer in Shepparton contacted the All Sheds team to discover how we could help them create the perfect storage solution and the ultimate outdoor entertainment space.

 

The customer was very specific about what they wanted for their structures and communicated this to the All Sheds team. The customer wanted an outdoor entertainment space that spanned half the length of their house and the width of their pool to create the perfect space to entertain in summer. For their shed, the customer wanted one that would be large enough to store all their outdoor equipment while also being easy to access from all sides of their backyard.

After discussing these requirements, the customer decided that for their patio the best solution would be a 13.27m x 5m x 2.56m Stratco Flat Roof Cooldek patio cladded in gun metal grey and thunder that would provide them with the coverage they wanted while also providing a well-insulated space with the addition of the Cooldek.

To provide the storage space they wanted, the customer decided that the best solution for their shed would be a 12m x 6m x 3m gable roof premium shed with a 12.5° pitch roof cladded in Colorbond Monument. To complete the shed, the customer chose to include 1 personal access door, an automatic roller door, a manual roller door, 3 windows with flyscreens, a whirlybird and a 22,500lt round Polymaster water tank in Monument to collect water to reuse around their garden.

 

The cladding options that the customer chose for their patio and shed as well as the colour of their tank all match with the patio colours being the Colorbond equivalent colours, which also matches the roofing of their house, helping to create a cohesive look.

Both the shed and patio have allowed the customer to create the exact backyard space they wanted and will provide them with enjoyment for many years to come.
