In February 2025, as Cameron finalised construction of his new home in the Silverwoods Estate, he contacted All Sheds to obtain a quote for two custom outdoor structures that would complete the property and elevate its liveability.
A detailed proposal for two Stratco Outback Patio installations was issued on 21 February, with the project formally accepted in March 2025. From there, the focus shifted to approvals and compliance, an essential step within the Silverwoods Estate.
Securing permits proved complex, requiring coordination between council and the estate’s body corporate. Throughout this process, our team worked closely with Cameron and the relevant authorities to navigate requirements and address feedback.
While there were several challenges during both the permit phase and construction, each was resolved methodically to ensure the project remained compliant and delivered to specification.
Installation commenced in July 2025, with both structures completed in August 2025.
Main Entertaining Area

Positioned directly off the open plan kitchen and living area, the main patio establishes a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Overlooking the newly installed plunge pool, it provides a sheltered and comfortable zone for entertaining while maintaining clear sightlines across the backyard.

Rear Retreat Patio

Installed at the rear of the home and extending from the retreat area, the second patio provides a practical, protected outdoor space ideal for family use. Its positioning creates a dedicated zone for the children while maintaining cohesion with the home’s overall design.

As an added highlight, Cameron was also the winner of our Stratco BBQ competition, taking home a Weber Family Q, a timely addition to two newly completed outdoor entertaining areas.
Despite permit complexities and a handful of construction hurdles, the project was delivered to Cameron’s satisfaction. The result is a cohesive outdoor solution that complements the home, meets estate requirements, and provides long term usability for the whole family.
