Our client had an existing shed on their property, but it simply wasn’t suitable for storing their ski boat. The boats height made access difficult, and the current sheds configuration just wasn’t practical. Looking for a hassle free, purpose built solution, the client connected with us through our website knowing we could deliver a setup that worked from day one.
We worked closely with the client to design a shed that genuinely supported their everyday needs. Given the height of the new structure 5 metres and its position on the boundary, local council approvals were a key part of the process. Our team handled all the planning considerations, documentation, and liaison with council to ensure the project progressed smoothly and met every requirement.
The proposed shed:
14L × 9W × 5H Gable Roof Shed with a10° roof pitch.
Finished in Colorbond® Woodland Grey with Corrugated roofing and Monoclad walls
The frame is 150 × 50 RHS columns & rafters, with 3 × 4.66m bays & 1 × 5.5m bay.
Custom additions to meet requirements:
– Vermaseal
– A PA door: 920 mm, Woodland Grey
– Motorised roller doors: 1 × 3900H × 3700W and 1 × 3900H × 5100W
– Two glass sliding doors: 2100H × 1810W, Woodland Grey
– 3 × spinner vents
– Custom front awning
From the initial enquiry in April 2023, to signing in May, through to project completion in January 2024, we managed the entire build from start to finish. Design, engineering, permits, approvals, and construction, our team handled every stage to keep things moving without stress.
